Gionee has gone ahead and launched the P5 Mini, the latest entry to its series of entry-level smartphones. However, the handset has only been announced in Nigeria as of now without any details on its price.

The Gionee P5 Mini continues the colorful design language of its predecessor. It offers a slightly downgraded set of specs, most noticeably in its screen which measures 4.5-inch and outputs its visuals in WVGA (480 x 854p). There’s a 1.3GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6580M processor running the show here with the assistance of 1GB of RAM.

The dual-SIM P5 Mini packs a 1800mAh battery to fuel its operations and runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop. With regards to its camera abilities, the brand has blessed it with a 5MP autofocus snapper accompanied by LED flash and a 2MP front-facing one for selfies and video calls.
