Genius G-Pen M609 and G-Pen M712 Tablets introduced

Genius has launched the G-Pen M609 and G-Pen M712 tablets. The new tablets are targeted towards graphic designers and artists. Both the latest tablets are equipped with dual-mode and come with extensive multimedia functions. In the dual mode, the screen size changes from wide to standard and back again.

The G-Pen M609 and G-Pen M712 feature Windows Vista and Mac operating system, as per the users’ convenience. The high resolution of up to 4,000 LPI make new multimedia tablets the ultimate canvas for serious designers.

The M609 features 26 hot keys, on the other hand G-Pen M712 has 8 additional fast shortcut keys, totaling it to 34. These shortcut keys can be used to access Office, the internet and Vista or Mac functions. In addition, both the tablets come with rolling pads at the top of the tablet (scroll, zoom, volume).

The G-Pen M609 screen is available in two sizes – 9-inch x 5.5-inch and 7.25-inch x 5.5-inch, while the G-Pen M712 is bigger than M609 measuring 12-inch x 7.25-inch and 9.5-inch x 7.25-inch.

The G-Pen M712 is priced at $249 and comes along with PhotoShop Elements 5.0, PhotoImpact 12SE, Macro Key Manager and Office Ink/Free Notes. The G-Pen M609 will be available $195 with the same software uploaded except PhotoElements 5.0.
