Samsung’s Helix XM2Go Player Available for Pre-order Now

Samsung Helix Xm2goIMs Are The Preferred Choice Amazon.com and Crutchfield.com has started accepting pre-orders for Samsung’s new Helix XM2Go flash-based player.

The Samsung Helix XM2Go was announced at the CES 2006. The Helix features XM satellite radio reception and scheduled recording of up to 50 hours of XM programming, MP3 / WMA / XM audio playback, integrated wireless FM transmitter, color LCD display, buffering, bookmarking, rechargeable battery, and measures just 3.7 x 2.2 x 0.6″

The Samsung Helix XM2Go measures 3.7×2.2×0.6 inches and weighs 4.5 ounces. Besides listening to live XM satellite broadcasts on the go, the Helix can also record up to 50 hours of broadcast on its built-in flash memory and play MP3 and WMA music files.

The color screen has a size of 2.2 inch. A built-in FM transmitter allows you to listen to music on your car stereo.

Samsung’s Helix retails for $399.99 USD and is expected to start shipping in early April – the YA-CP100 car kit retails for $69.99.
