The last time we heard a peep from Videocon, the company was launching their Ducati-stamped V6200 phone at a press event. The latest is that Videocon d2h has revealed a 3D-capable HD DVR for the Indian market. What’s more, High Definition Digital sound supports the entire entertainment experience provided by this device.
The HD DVR with 3D allows users to pause, rewind and forward live TV apart from recording almost 200 hours of broadcasted content. Videocon d2h extends a special active channel for 3D content as well as those falling into the HD 16:9 aspect ratio picture category. Also given a mention is Auto serial recording for those with busy time schedules.

The company has up to 288 channels and services in their bouquet of offerings for the Indian entertainment buff. Users have access to most of the sports channels as also those delivering regional content. Videocon d2h customers can avail of content in HD format by opting to subscribe to their HD channels.
Discovery HD, NGC HD, Travel XP, Movies Now HD and HD Active Music are among Videocon d2h’s newly added channels in HD format.
