Facebook was earlier in the news for Scrabulous game, copyright issues. Now Hasbro in association with Electronic Arts (EA) has announced to avail Scrabble for online gamers on Facebook in US and Canada as well as on Pogo.com.
Scrabble on the Facebook platform offers users to challenge their friends and relatives accessing Facebook within the US or Canada. Facebook users can opt to play a real-time turn-based game or they can even pause and resume as per their convenience.
Easy tracking of scores and statistics will let players know about their rank against competitors. Also users can enjoy built in chat and dynamic animation while playing Scrabble on Facebook. Moreover, help for playing word power game is provided to players. Users can take advantage of extensive word lists and choose suitable speed level to customize their level of difficulty.

Club Pogo players are offered to unlock extra Scrabble features as bonus.
