E Fun Nextbook Next 7S

The E Fun Nextbook Next 7S tablet seems like a good enough bargain, considering it tags along access to over two million books and 350,000 mobile apps for less than $130. The slate treats users to the Ice Cream Sandwich platform and features the Barnes & Noble Nook Store as well as GetJar App Store apart from Google Play.

This slab’s ability to run a number of applications at the same time could be attributed to a 1GHz processor. Users can expect certain upgrades to its software as the tab boasts of over-the-air firmware update capabilities. It has been loaded with Flash Player 11 for access to Flash based websites and comes with Wi-Fi connectivity for wireless internet browsing. And besides a front-facing camera, the manufacturer has thrown in a video player to support 1080p HD video playback too.

“At an affordable price, the Next 7S is the perfect Mother’s Day gift this year,” stated Jason Liszewski, managing director and vice president of sales for E Fun. “With the Next 7S, busy moms can check emails and jot down reminders while on the go, then in their spare time can read eBooks, play games, browse the Internet while on WiFi and so much more. Moms of all ages will enjoy this lightweight and easy to use tablet.”

The front panel of the 7S is draped by a 7-inch touchscreen of 800 x 480p resolutions, which is deployed with a G-sensor for the auto-rotation function. Its 4GB built-in flash memory can be expanded to up to 32GB by inserting a microSD card into the dedicated slot. Also provided is a mini-USB 2.0 port for connecting peripherals.

The E Fun Nextbook Next 7S price and availability details are marked at $129.99 through select retailers across the US.
