Aimed at enterprise customers, the Dell Precision M2800 mobile workstation has just been unveiled by the American brand which has set its price at an affordable $1,199. This notebook has been equipped with a pretty solid array of specs, and has been aimed by the company at bridging the gap between business-class laptops and mobile workstations.
It is am ISV-certified system for applications like Autodesk AutoCAD and more. The Dell Precision M2800 gains its performance standards from its fourth-generation Intel Core i5 and i7 processors. AMD FirePro W4170M graphics offering 2GB worth of dedicated GDDR5 video memory makes its way into it as well.
Users of this laptop will be able to grab the benefits of 16GB worth of system memory and up to 1TB of storage. The Precision M2800 has been equipped with a 15.6-inch UltraSharp display from Dell which offers a resolution of 1366 x 768 pixels. This monitor can be upgraded further up to 1080p HD by paying some extra cash.
The laptop’s 15.6-inch screen provides external multi-monitor support and docking compatibility as well. Like we said, the Dell Precision M2800 will be priced at a pretty modest $1,199. It will be made available in the US sometime during this spring.
