Coolpad Note 3 Plus brings a full HD display to the original at Rs 8999

Coolpad Note 3 Plus

One of the most popular smartphones in India right now is the Coolpad Note 3, and it has just been blessed with a Plus model that upgrades its display to a 1080p full HD panel. That’s the only difference it bears with the original, and it will hence be selling at Rs 8999.

This is the same price as that of the Coolpad Note 3 back when it was first launched; although it was made cheaper by Rs 500 just a few days back. Anyway, the Plus model retains the 5.5-inch display size while improving upon the resolution.

It will be sold exclusively through Amazon from May 13 onwards in the form of white and gold color options. The Note 3 Plus benefits from a 1.3GHz octa core MediaTek 6753 processor that’s clubbed with 3GB worth of RAM. The storage is tied at 16GB, but a microSD card slot is in place for further expansions.

A quick glance at the specs of the new Coolpad Note 3 Plus:
