Don’t tell us that the three new colors for the Galaxy S4 mini are making your eyes bleed. Samsung may spoil your mood in every other way by losing out to Apple in the patent wars and cheating in benchmark tests. But it’s the festive season! Bright orange, purple and pink are probably the most forgivable colors you will come across in the next few weeks.
No? Well, wait for those habitual offenders at parties who keep missing the memo saying ‘Flashy decorations must only be part of the Christmas tree’ and then tell us. Apart from the standard black and white Galaxy S4 mini units, you can also get it in pink and purple already. But those who’re after the orange one will have to wait until stocks arrive on December 9.
Carphone Warehouse claims to have signed an exclusive deal with Samsung over the three new hues. But like most agreements such as this, other sellers may get it at a later date. As Unwired View points out, in the US, carrier AT&T is going to welcome the pink variant. And the purple one has been spotted in random places before.
The SIM-free Galaxy S4 mini is priced at £379.95. What’s that? Spent all your cash on holiday shopping? You can also pick it up on a two-year contract with EE, O2, Vodafone, T-Mobile, Orange or TalkMobile. The monthly charges start at £21.
