The Galaxy S8 may be more than a year old at this point, but Samsung isn’t quite ready to give up on the phone just yet. It’s launched an all-new Burgundy Red color of the device for people to buy in India.
The Burgundy Red Galaxy S8 comes just about a month after the Galaxy S9 hit the country as Samsung’s 2018 flagship. The South Korean brand claims the former is still a bestseller, so the new model might just help sales for people on the fence between the old and the new.
It doesn’t hurt that the Galaxy S8 is now cheaper than ever thanks to a huge price cut it received last week. It costs Rs 49990 after getting a Rs 7910 discount from Rs 57900. Sadly, only the Galaxy S8 will be sold in the new scarlet color. The 64GB Galaxy S8+ and 128GB Galaxy S8+ are still available in its original shades.
