Blu launches high-end Vivo IV and mid-range Life 8 with octa core chips

Blu Products has introduced two new super affordable smartphones, the Vivo IV and Life 8, which fall in the high-end and mid-range categories, respectively. Both handsets are shipping across the US and Latin America unlocked and SIM free with prices starting at $199.

The Blu Vivo IV is the company’s new flagship phone. It features an attractive design which is crafted from a single block of aluminum. What’s more, the handset is just 5.5mm thick and it’s coated with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 on both sides. A 5-inch 1080p Super AMOLED display can be found on the front and there’s a 13MP camera on the rear with LED flash. The phone also sports a 5MP snapper on the front.
