The Samsung Galaxy S7 has been up for sale around the world for a few weeks now and seems to be doing pretty well for the most part. If you’d like to buy the phone but have been reluctant to do so because of its cost, Best Buy has a deal which could be of great interest to you.
Best Buy’s marketing pitch is simple. Walk in with your old smartphone to any of its offline outlets and walk out with the Samsung Galaxy S7 at just $1. There are huge strings attached, of course. You’ll have to sign up a 2-year contract with Sprint or a monthly installment plan via Verizon, Sprint or AT&T.
This combined with the its deal to give away a $200 gift card on the spot for your old device renders the cost of the Galaxy S7 at just a dollar. As such offers usually go, there are chances you would have to pay additional sales tax for the handset depending on where you stay.

The terms and conditions of the deal also mention that not all phones are eligible for the trade-in and the value of the exchange may vary. It further states that any handset which is cracked or lacks power doesn’t qualify for the offer and a few outlets may have additional limitations.
