BenQ rolls out MP620c, MP612c and MP622c Projectors in the Indian Market

BenQ has announced the availability of a new array of digital projectors in India. An ideal amalgamation of stylish design and state-of-the-art technology, the new projectors claim to offer optimal solutions to various industries.

The three new projectors launched are – MP620c, MP612c and MP622c, with each of them suiting best to a specific sector.

Speaking about the new projectors, Ish Bawa, Marcom Head, BenQ India said, “The new range of projectors targets various consumer segments and keeps in mind their respective requirements. All our products are designed and developed after a comprehensive analysis of the consumer needs. Our R&D team develops features that solve the particular needs of our target consumers.”

The very first projector – BenQ MP620c has been developed especially for educational institutions. It incorporates a Blackboard mode that makes possible the output to be displayed on blackboards which are used by schools, colleges and several other education bodies throughout the country. A zero level distraction for the students is also promised thanks to its Whisper quiet 24 dB sound level. The full 16.7 million color palette, a high 1024 x 768 XGA resolution, a contrast ratio of 700:1, brightness of 2000 ANSI lumens and golden ratio color wheel which balances true color saturation and maximizes color accuracy, all together end up producing a high-quality crystal-clear, vivid image output.

A wide variety of adjustment options such as picture modes in different input signals and presentation timer are offered by BenQ’s new MP620c projector. It supports Macintosh and HDTV (480p, 576p, 720p, 1080i) models.

The next two projectors introduced in the Indian market have been targeted at the industrial sector. Dubbed MP612c and MP622c, the projectors bundle a host of features that meet the requirements of SMBs. The intuitive and automatic projectors feature applications that render superior quality output in almost any condition. Both the projectors incorporate a 16.7 million color palette, a high brightness of 2200 ANSI lumens, SVGA native resolution (XGA resolution for MP622c), a contrast ratio of 2000:1 and a native aspect ratio of 4:3 that can be extended up to 16:9.

Like the MP620c, the MP612c and MP622c projectors also feature the whisper quiet 26 dB audible level. The new projectors employ use Texas Instruments’ BrilliantColor technology, 3D color management and wall color correction technique, ensuring that the reproduction of high quality pictures on any kind of surface and in any environment. The post presentation care has also been taken with the projectors’ quick cooling feature that enable the projector to cool fast even after long usage hours, taking care of any time wastage.

Starting at a price range of Rs. 40,000 (excl. taxes) the new BenQ projectors will be available at Benq IT Zones and through BenQ dealers.
