Asus Zenfone Max with 5000mAH battery now available in India

We had seen the Asus Zenfone Max first getting showcased in August last year, but it has taken until now for it to be finally made available for purchase in India. Known for its incorporation of a massive 5000mAh battery pack, this device can be bought in exchange of just Rs 9999 through Flipkart or Amazon.

The 4G-enabled Asus Zenfone Max can stay alive in standby more for a whopping 38.1 days. As for its talktime, it has been revealed to be 37.6 hours which is equally impressive. Moreover, this handset can also be used as a power bank for charging other compatible devices.

It runs Android 5.0 Lollipop out of the box, and grabs several software enhancements in the form of ZenUI. The new Zenfone Max has gone for a 5.5-inch 720p HD display and a 1GHz quad core Snapdragon 410 processor.

While both black and white colored models of the Asus Zenfone Max are available for purchase on Flipkart, only the white variant has made its way to Amazon for some reason.
