A classy and iconic name in the industry of technology, Asus releases its latest ROG XG Station which is an external box that features a GeForce 8600 GT 256 MB GDDR3 with a GPU clocked at 540Mhz.
The device claims to improve the performance by 6.7 times as compared to that of an integrated Intel 965GM chipset found in laptops. The Asus ROG XG Station PCI-Express X1 is proud of its two USB ports, TV output, DVI-I output, and VGA output through an adapter, a screen that informs you of the GPU frequency, temperature and fan speeds. The device gels well with Dolby headphones, Dolby virtual speakers, Dolby Digital Live and Dolby Pro LogicIIx.
The information is clearly displayed on the large screen of the device with additional features such as complete control over the System master volume, judging the Current actual Frames Per Second and so on. Asus’ piece of perfection plans on improving and enhancing the graphic experience of the user and since it is an external device, it can be easily fitted for the notebooks which will provide a premium rich experience of its own. The price and availability of the ROG XG Station yet seems to hide behind the curtains laid by Asus.
