Apple AirPods Pro (2nd generation) A few days ago, Apple announced the AirPods Pro (2nd generation) with USB‐C charging and up to double the Active Noise Cancellation as compared to the older model.

The AirPods Pro (2nd generation) along with with MagSafe Charging Case (USB‐C) will be available for $249, starting on September 22.

The wireless earphones offers an advanced Transparency mode, a more immersive Spatial Audio experience, and an expanded range of ear tip sizes for all sorts of ear canal sizes.

Users can even charge their AirPods directly from the iPhone 15, iPhone 15 Plus, iPhone 15 Pro or iPhone 15 Pro Max, which also come with USB‐C connectors.

Apple’s AirPods Pro 2nd gen has been upgraded with IP54 rating for additional dust resistance and Lossless Audio with the Vision Pro headset.

Thanks to iOS 17, the AirPods Pro (2nd generation) levels up with access to Adaptive Audio and Conversation Awareness, said the company.

The H2 chip in the 2023 AirPods Pro and Apple Vision Pro, combined with a powerful wireless audio protocol, unlocks 20-bit, 48 kHz Lossless Audio with a huge reduction in audio latency.

Apple says that with the new AirPods’ advanced computational audio, users will be able to stay aware of their surroundings, while distracting noises — like group chitchat at the office, a vacuum at home, or the din of a local coffee shop — are reduced.

Lastly, Apple also rolled out a USB-C version of its wired headphones. The new EarPods cost $19 and will also be available for purchase starting this Friday.
