September 29 is all set to be the day on which Google introduces us to the Nexus 5X and the Nexus 6P officially, but Amazon India could not wait until then to list the former handset on its portal. The listing in question has already been taken down, but the damage has been done.
We now have yet another confirmation on the often leaked specifications of the LG-made Nexus 5X smartphone. It has been confirmed to come with a 5.2-inch IPS LCD 1080 full HD display, thus staying very close to the screen size of the old Nexus 5 to which it is a spiritual successor.
First spotted by Find Yogi, the Amazon India listings have revealed that the handset will arrive in the form of ice blue, charcoal black and quartz white color models. The Nexus 5X has been shown to feature 16GB of storage and 2GB of RAM. It’s possible that a 32GB storage model also exists, and offers 3GB of RAM.
LG has apparently blessed this Android 6.0 Marshmallow flagship with a 2700mAh battery that’s claimed to offer 17 hours of talktime and 300 hours of standby time. As revealed by previous leaks, the phone will indeed feature a 1.8GHz hexa core Qualcomm Snapdragon 808 processor, a 12.3MP main camera and 5MP selfie unit.
