Adobe Photoshop Mobile App Brings Photo Tools to iPhone Users Mobile App

Adobe’s digital-imaging technology goes mobile as the company brings the Mobile app for the iPhone. Well, iPhone users can now take advantage of the touchscreen controls and edit photos, apply effects and share images simply with the flick of a finger.

Users don’t need to sacrifice the precious space on their devices as’s free accounts let users share and backup data. Gesture based editing and full screen previews make this app all the more desirable. It also enables edits like crop, rotate and flip as well as adjusting the saturation and tint.

“As the digital imaging leader, Adobe is excited to bring Mobile to iPhone users,” said Doug Mack, vice president and general manager of Consumer and Hosted Solutions at Adobe. “Now, with access to powerful editing and sharing tools, iPhone users are armed with the resources to document all of life’s unexpected moments, make them look their best and then re-live those memories with friends and family.”

The app brings a truly fun-filled experience with striking special effects. It lets the photos look like a drawing with the Sketch tool while Soft Focus adds a subtle blur for artistic feel. With Warm Vintage, Vignette and Pop, the pictures sport a dramatic effect.

The Mobile for iPhone further elevates flexibility by providing access to the entire library directly from the iPhone. Users can store around 1500 photos with the 2GB free online photo storage.

The application can be downloaded free of charge through Apple’s App Store. It is available in the US and Canada.
