Micromax has added yet another smartphone to its sub-Rs 10,000 category, the Canvas A93 Elanza. As fancy as the name sounds, the handset is quite a basic device which runs on Android 4.2 Jelly Bean. The phone hasn’t been officially unveiled by the company as yet and we doubt it will, but it’s available for purchase online.
For the price being asked, the Micromax Canvas A93 Elanza offers a good deal of features. You get a screen size of 5 inches wide and qHD resolution is much better than WVGA. No details about the panel have been mentioned, but we expect it to be a TFT LCD, although an IPS one is also possible. Delivering the steam here is a 1.3GHz dual core processor which we’re assuming is based on the Cortex A7 core.
The smartphone also features 1GB of RAM and 4GB of internal storage, while a microSD card slot will permit up to 32GB of memory. This goes without saying, the Micromax Canvas A93 Elanza will have dual SIM slots and based on the information provided by Snapdeal, the device will support 2G as well as 3G networks. There are dual cameras onboard, 5MP rear and VGA front. Lastly, the device comes with a 1950mAh battery.
You can currently purchase the Micromax Canvas A93 Elanza for Rs 9,400. The handset is only available on Snapdeal in black.
