Reliance Infocomm logo After Airtel and Hutch, we have yet another wireless service that promises to offer lifetime validity.

Reliance Infocomm Ltd. introduced a Lifetime Validity Prepaid Voucher of Rs. 995. The voucher, which is currently available with E-recharge, comes with Rs. 50 talk time in-built.

The company said that subscribers using this voucher will not be bound by any particular tariff plan for a lifetime. Subscribers have the choice of selecting from Reliance India Mobile’s range of prepaid vouchers and tariff plans as per their requirement.

S.P Shukla, President – Wireless, Reliance Infocomm said, “Our subscribers will now continue to receive incoming calls for a lifetime and at the same time they can choose their tariffs for outgoing calls.” He added, “This is a significant benefit offered only by Reliance, since we believe that a subscriber’s needs change over a period and binding him to a particular tariff plan for a lifetime would not have been customer friendly.”

Reliance Infocomm said that subscribers anticipating high outgoing calling in a particular month, could use, for instance, the Rs. 430 voucher and get the benefit of lower calling rates (Rs. 430 voucher gives night calling to a Reliance IndiaMobile for free and day calling at 40p per minute within the state).

Those who need to make outgoing calls sometimes can recharge with top-up micro-recharges starting from Rs. 10 and make outgoing calls at the default calling rates of Rs. 1.99 for a local call and Rs. 2.99 for all other calls in India.

The company also announced an SMS bonanza. Its ‘Marathon SMS pack’ worth Rs. 180 allows 18,000 short messages to be sent over a period of six months.

  1. saurabh Says:

what is the validity of any recharge done under the lifetime offer ?

  2. Administrator Says:

    Hi,

The validity of any lifetime offer as the name suggests is ‘lifetime’, i.e. throughout the duration of you using your mobile. However that is only if you do not use up the amount till then. Incase the amount is exhausted (since outgoing calls are charged) then you would have to surely recharge your mobile phone once again.

  3. wecaz Says:

What will be the case if user move to a diffeent circle? Will only a new number worth Rs.220 be sufficient for lifetime validity?

  4. Administrator Says:

    Hi
Could you kindly rephrase your question? There is some kind of ambiguity in your reference to ‘different circle’, didn’t quite get that.

  5. wecaz Says:

Suppose I stay at Delhi NCR circle and enjoying lifetime validity. Now I shift to Mumbai and want to have a local number there with lifetime validity. What will be the cost then?

  6. Administrator Says:

    Hi,
With respect to the Reliance validity offer, the number cannot be carry forwarded from Delhi to Mumbai. However after filling up a ‘SBCA Change’ form (which is a change of address form) the company will see to it that the scheme does get transferred from the Delhi number to the Mumbai number. In short the number changes, but you can still retain the offer.

  7. Satish Gundu Says:

in this life tile validitity, the subsquent refills will be subject to full talk time

  8. s.neelakantan Says:

sir,pl.give me the contact details for adlabs films pvt ltd to know job offes of private fm radio

  9. Administrator Says:

    Hi,

Could you kindly elaborate your question further.

  10. p.t.rao Says:

    Sir,
In the life time recharge offer Rs.995, some mobile companies offering full talk time when recharging and some are offering when recharge vouchers like Rs.330/- “free tata to tata” it will give free when the balance will be absorbed and not 30 days. Is there any type of system presently or will introduce shortly.
    Kindly reply.

  11. Administrator Says:

    Hi,
As of now we are unaware if there is any such system or service presently available.

  12. Israel Says:

I am having one Reliance number. i want to find out the address and full detail. how can i.

  13. Aleem Says:

    Sir,
If i Recharge with Rs. 995/- the validity date expires is of only five years.
How it can be said as life time.

  14. Administrator Says:

    Hi,
I am sorry but there seems to be some mistake in your understanding. We at TechShout.com have confirmed this information with Reliance Infocomm and they too claim that the validity wll surely be “lifetime”, and not for a limited time.

  15. seema yadav Says:

In the life time recharge offer Rs.995,when we recharge with Rs 330 voucher then is it compulsary to use it within validity period(30 days) or the amount will be added to our account for lifetime. please elaborate this lifetime validity for our convenience. are the call charges different in this lifetime validity offer?
    Kindly reply.

  16. Administrator Says:

    Hi,
Incase your balance in the lifetime voucher gets exhausted, and if you refill with a RS 330 voucher, the validity of the voucher will be lifetime. The tariff for the next 30 days will be as per the tariff charged for the Rs 330 voucher. After the 30 days, the tariff applicable will be that of the lifetime voucher.

  17. arvind Says:

your life time incomeing service is very best
thanks for gives this fecility to us.

  18. aleem Says:

Your Life Time Scheme is Very good for the people who use their mobiles for only incoming call.
The companies should declare the facts of life time validity.
“life time means the licence period of the company.”

  19. aleem Says:

to need reliance india mobile No.9344730544 incomming and outgoing calls

  24. Neeraj Says:

With reference to one of the previous posts, I understood that the suscriber is free to choose any rental plan beyond the one time “life time” incoming facility. Byut when I visited Reliance Web World at Hyderabad recently, I got to know that the outgoing plan for this is fixed “not flexible”.
THere are two long term incoming plans.. lifetime and 10 years.. are the other factors same for both these plans?

  25. raman Says:

I WANT TO BUY NEW RELIANCE MOBILE CONNECTION IN HIMACHAL PRADESH.WHAT ARE THE CHARGES FOR NEW MOBILE CONNECTION WITH LIFE TIME VALIDITY SCHEME

  26. Administrator Says:

    Hi,

The Lifetime validity scheme can be availed of in the Prepaid as well as the Billing payment option.

If you go in for a billing option you need to pay a deposit of Rs 999. There will be a monthly rental of Rs 50 charged to your account and there would be subsequent outgoing call charges incurred to it.

Under the Prepaid option you need to pay a deposit of Rs 999 and you will get a Rs 25 talktime under the same. The validity of this will be till 2021 and incase there is not activity on your number for a period of 6 months, then your number will be automatically disconnected.

Sir i live in faridabad , now i want to live permanently in mumbai and i want that my airtel number should remain same and no roaming charges deduct. actually indirectly i want my same number in mumbai. Is it possible wat should i do. Please help.

  33. Administrator Says:

    Hi Tamesh,
It is not possible for you to use the same Faridabad number in Mumbai without paying roaming charges. In other words, you are left with just 2 options, you either go in for a new a number altogether or pay roaming charges (if you are keen continuing with your existing Airtel number). However, you cannot continue with the a Faridabad number in Mumbai without being incurred a roaming charge.
