At the Walt Mossberg’s D6 conference, Bill Gates and Steve Ballmer gave a small snippet of Windows 7. The upcoming operating system, Windows 7 is the successor of Windows Vista, and is expected to release in 2010.
The foremost feature of Windows 7 is its multitouch support. Users can interact with their computer with the help of touchscreen technology.
“The way you interact with the system will change dramatically,” said Microsoft chairman Bill Gates.
Looking at the increasing use of touchscreen, the day is not far when the use of the mouse and keyboard will be eliminated completely.
