Verizon and Motorola Unveils Adventure V750 Phone

Verizon Wireless and Motorola, jointly introduced a new rugged Push to Talk phone, Adventure V750. The new phone is especially designed to work in the extreme climatic conditions. The V750 phone meets military specifications for ruggedness including shock, vibration, dust, solar radiation, high-temperature storage, high and low temperature operation and altitude.
Besides the rugged features, the Adventure V750 phone boasts a large 2.2-inch high-resolution internal display and 1.6-inch external display. No-slip surface and speaker are other salient features of the phone. It even sports dedicated external music keys, for easy access.
Verizon is offering Push to Talk service along with EV-DO Rev technology for the new clamshell styled phone. The EV-DO Rev technology offers fast two-way communication with one person or a group of people.
The Motorola Adventure V750 will be available in the Verizon Wireless Communications Stores from July 28. The phone will carry the price tag of $99.99 after a $50 mail-in rebate.
