Microsoft logo Microsoft Hardware has rolled out a special promotion campaign titled “Mobile Masti” for its entire reseller group across India. Introduced chiefly with an aim to gather channel support that will reinforce the company’s commitment to its affiliates, the latest promotion will allow resellers to earn points on every Microsoft hardware product sold. These earned points can later be redeemed for a slew of Nokia’s latest mobile phones. Obviously the more the points, the better the reward!

The retailer will achieve special incentives, on the basis of the value of business he/she does and the inventory sales attained by the dealer during the offer period, which runs from instant until 25th March.

Speaking about the latest exciting campaign, Mohit Anand, Country Manager, Microsoft Entertainment and Devices Division, India said, “We at Microsoft, have always believed that keeping the channel community motivated is essential as they are one of our biggest assets. Through our unique & innovative schemes, such as this Mobile Masti promotion, we reinforce the fact that our channel partners are truly a part of the Microsoft family. Our scheme has been designed to provide industry’s ‘best’ offers to our channel partners”.

During this period, any associate who raises a minimum invoice of Rs. 25,000 will walk home with a Nokia 1200 model phone. On the other hand, any partner who achieves a Rs. 50,000 worth invoice will win a Nokia 1208. A Nokia N2760 device will be awarded to the partner who sells Microsoft products worth Rs 100,000. Partners who end up selling products worth Rs 150,000 and above will win a Nokia 6085. Beating the Rs 250,000 mark, will win a partner a Nokia N72. All affiliates who sell Rs 375,000 worth Microsoft products can win an amazing Nokia 5700. The partner who achieves the target of 500,000 will grab a Nokia N7900 model phone. Finally, the one who manages to cross the Rs 700,000 slab stands to win (hold your breaths!) an N95.

In the recent past Microsoft Hardware has undoubtedly come out with quite a few innovative and exciting schemes and offers for its hardware partners as well as its buyers in India. Just a few days back, Microsoft India introduced an e-Commerce platform that will allow people to buy and sell original Microsoft products including Windows, Server, office, Xbox 360s, games and gaming accessories. And sometime back, the company got to its more noble side and decided to advocate the importance of ergonomically designed hardware products, to its entire user base.
