Samsung America has launched SGH-t409, which is one of the first mobile phones to support T-Mobile HotSpot@Home.

The new simple t409 flip phone is exclusive to T-Mobile and includes an array of significant features such as Wi-Fi connectivity, Bluetooth(R) wireless technology, an integrated 1.3 megapixel camera with digital zoom and picture and ringer caller ID.

The sky blue colored Samsung phone seamlessly makes and receives calls over a home Wi-Fi network with T-Mobile HotSpot @Home. What exactly happens is that when T-Mobile HotSpot @Home customers leave home or a T-Mobile HotSpot, their calls seamlessly transfer onto T-Mobile’s GSM/GPRS/EDGE wireless network.
