Now Opera Browser on Windows Mobile 6.0 Phones

Opera Software and Windows Mobile Logo

Opera Software today announced that the company’s Opera Mobile browser will be made available for both versions of Windows Mobile 5 and Windows Mobile 6 at the 3GSM World Congress in Barcelona.

Opera Software also unveiled the alpha versions Opera Mobile 9, which includes supports for Adobe Flash.

Opera Software ASA’s mobile browser is all set to be included in some of the very first Windows Mobile 6.0 phones to be made available.

Jon von Tetzchner, co-founder and CEO of Opera said, Motorola Inc.’s Q as well as phones from High Tech Computer Corp., Asus and Toshiba Corp. will include Opera Mobile.

Opera Mobile 9 will be released for Windows Mobile platforms in the third quarter.
