Pantech IM-R200

Korean handset manufacturer Pantech Group recently launched the IM-R200 handset, which is a dual-LCD sliding phone that features an OLED touch-sensitive screen.

Something different about the Pantech IM-R200 handset is that this phone does away with the standard keypad. This phone has a new LCD-type keypad. The IM-R200 handset’s touch sensitive LCD displays various lists of songs when the phone is used as a music player, while it shows camera functions when used as a camera.

The IM-R200 handset has a dual camera, a 2Mega pixel camera and a VGA camera. This camera features face recognition function, as it can recognize the shape of a face and automatically adjust it for the best look when shooting.

Besides, the touch screen of the IM-R200 vibrates when pressed, to give the feel of real buttons.

Other great features of the Pantech IM-R200 handset include a 2-inch QVGA LCD with 260, 000 colors for main display, a 1.6-inch OLED LCD with 260,000 colors for its keypad and 128 polyphonic ring tones. Also, it has document viewer functionality, which allows users to scroll through the documents.
