Apple releases iPhone, Safari and Mac Software Updates

Apple iPhone, Safari and Mac Logos

Apple has released their very first software update for its new and revolutionary iPhone mobile phone.

The iPhone 1.0.1 update includes fixes for the Safari Web browser on the iPhone. It fixes any security issues and also improves stability within the browser.

The iPhone 1.0.1 update includes Safari browser fixes in the area of cross-site scripting and arbitrary code execution from malicious Web pages.

Besides, Apple also released a series of updates for its Mac operating system OS 10.3.9 (Panther), Mac OS 10.4.10 (Tiger) on PowerPC and the Universal version of Mac OS 10.4.10.

Apple has recommended that all users download and install these latest patches in order to stay up to date.

You can access the Mac updates from Apple’s Web site. The iPhone update is delivered via iTunes automatically.
