Sony Ericsson launches the ‘classy’ M600 Mobile Phone

Sony has unveiled the new slim and chic looking 3G mobile phone called the M600 (M600i/ M600c).

Sony Ericsson M600 The Sony Ericsson M600 runs on Symbian OS 9.1 and UIQ 3.0. The main applications featured in this 15mm thick UMTS phone are a push email applications, remote synchronization and expandable memory applications.

The interesting keyboard offers a QWERTY like text input method. The M600 features a large 2.6 inch color screen, 80MB storage, Memory Stick Micro Slot (M2) and USB 2.0.

MP3 player, Office document viewer, VPN client, Opera HTML browser, Firewall, Virus protection are just some of the applications featured on the new Sony Ericsson 3G phone.

Sony Ericsson M600i - Dual Mode UMTS 2100 MHz, GPRS 900/1800/1900MHz for Europe, Middle East, Africa, Asia Pacific and the Americas

Sony Ericsson M600c - Dual Mode UMTS 2100 MHz, GPRS 900/1800/1900MHz for Mainland China (Launch for mainland China dependent on availability of 3G services.)

To be shipped by the second quarter of 2006, the Sony Ericsson M600 will be available in 4 hardware keyboard variants: QWERTY, QWERTZ, AZERTY and Russian.
