On Monday, Microsoft released the much-awaited Windows Media Player version 11. The Windows Media Player update includes several improvements, which includes a new user interface, enhanced syncing, and integration with the URGE music service.
Microsoft had released the
beta download version of the Windows Media Player 11 in May 2006. However due to problems with the quality of the release Microsoft had to delay the Windows Media Player 11 final while last minute bugs are ironed out.

Industry-first audio fingerprinting capabilities that recognize and import track information for unidentified or misnamed audio files
New formats for ripping and music playback, including Windows Media Audio Professional and WAV Lossless
Windows Media Player version 11 download is available in both 32-bit and 64-bit variants of Windows XP operating system. You can download Windows Media Player 11 final from the official Windows Media Player website.

WMP 11 has a folder called Transcend. What is Transcend? How can I make sure I sync to my MP3 Samsung device and not to Transcend?
