Now searching for a new job may not be all that stressful with LinkedIn. According to the official LinkedIn blog, the company brings forth a brand new beta feature called Real-Time Profile Matches. With the inclusion of this offering, the professional networking site plans to help individuals find their ideal jobs.
With the newly added beta feature, members will be aptly matched to their desired jobs. This works the other way round as well. Hiring companies will get the right candidates for the post. In order to be rightly matched with the correct job, members have to properly fill out their profile and update sections like experience, professional headline, skills and summary.
LinkedIn utilizes proprietary technology in order to zero in on the perfect candidate which is fished out from among more than 60 million professionals present on the site. Each job poster is offered with up to 24 highly qualified matches which can be espied in a business card-style format. The job poster matches them correctly to the post in question. There is something even for companies on the look out for new recruits. After they post a job offering, the companies will be able to review all the matches fit for the position.
LinkedIn is currently offering the Real-Time Profile Matches beta for free but only for a limited time period.
