Symantec, the global leader in Internet security has announced a contest that invites participants to snap a really cool and interesting facial expression. It is called the Emoticon look-alike competition and is being sponsored by Symantec’s Norton 360 product.

In order to enter this contest all you have to do is click a photo of your best impression of an emoticon, good or bad, and upload it on www.nortonemoticonphotocontest.com.

The picture can be of yourself or even of someone you know. Once you upload your pictures, you are entered into the prize draw to win a Grand Prize of $10,000. There are five First place prizes of $1,000, category-wise.

What’s more; all those who participate in the Norton 360 Emoticon Look-alike Contest are entitled to a 15% off on Norton 360 or a 15% discount on Norton Save and Restore.

By keeping its Norton 360 product as the sponsor, the company would like to remind consumers of the importance of backing up their files.
