Advertisement shows that Google hires only the natural geniuses
Mathematically confident drivers, stuck in the usual traffic jam on a highway passing through Silicon Valley were actually able to pass time pondering over a billboard which read: “{first 10-digit prime number found in consecutive digits of e}.com”
The number in question, 7427466391, is a sequence that starts at the 101st digit of e, a constant that is the base of the natural logarithm. Those who managed to work out this tough one were led to a website where they encountered a “harder riddle”. Solving it led to another webpage, where they were invited to submit their curriculum vitae. This anonymous advertiser was none other that Google. The mathematics of the riddle comes from the founders of Google itself, Sergey Brin and Larry page.
As of now Google must be finding itself at a defining moment; But this popular search engine sure does have to ability to turn all those searches into money!
