Kodak has introduced the ESP 5 all-in-one printer. The device can not only print but also copy and scan.

Kodak says that the ESP 5 can print 4×6-inches images in just 30 seconds. The printing speed of the device is up to 30 ppm in black and 29 ppm in color.

Also the new printer is capable enough to automatically detect the type of paper (plain, coated, photo, etc) fed in the feeder and adjusts the settings accordingly. Even a 3-inch display is attached to the printer.

Memory card and USB slots make printing possible even without the computer. Users can also view and crop images as per the requirement.

The ESP 5 all in one printer is shipping in the US market in May 2008. It will be available for $169.99. The printer uses low cost cartridge that costs $9.99 and $14.99 for black and color respectively.
