Nvidia plans on giving the best computing experience to its users with the introduction of their latest creations which is the GeForce GTX 280 and GeForce GTX 260 GPUs. The graphics processing units (GPUs) GeForce GTX 280 and GeForce GTX 260 pack in 240 and 192 cores, respectively.

The GPUs plan on offering support to the CPU, where they work hand-in-hand and the GPU will take on a few responsibilities of the CPU, thus providing faster speeds. The graphics processing units promise a stronger horsepower and quicker working.

The GeForce GTX 280 packs 1 GB of memory and is ideal for gaming applications, whereas the GeForce GTX 260 packs 896 MB of memory and is great in performance. It is offered at an affordable price. The devices have the ability to accelerate PhysX apps. The GeForce GTX 280 and GeForce GTX 260 GPUs attach a price tag of $649 and $399 respectively.
