Amazon HD DVD Owners Get $50 Credit

Amazon Logo Like Best Buy even Amazon is now offering credits on the purchases of HD DVD.

Amazon has said to be offering a $50 credit on HD DVD purchased before February 23, when Toshiba is said to be discontinuing making HD DVD devices.

Amazon’s latest offer is valid till April 9, 2009.

“New technologies don’t always work out as planned. We at Amazon.com value our customer relationships more than anything and would like to support customers who purchased these players by offering a credit good for $50 off any products sold by Amazon.com,” said Amazon.

Amazon has notified HD DVD owners about the latest offer via a mail and a Promo Code, which would help them receive credit of $50.

Earlier Best Buy and Wal-Mart had also offered HD DVD owners the credit of $50.
