Intex Platinum BH-15431 Desktop PC with Intel Quad 2 Core Processor unveiled in India

Intex Technologies has introduced its new Platinum Desktop computer in India, which extends the company’s PC portfolio. Known as the Intex Platinum BH-15431, this desktop PC offers enhanced speed, performance and features as it uses Intel’s Quad 2 Core processor technology.
The Intex Platinum BH-15431 desktop PC is aimed at users who have advanced computing and entertainment needs including multitasking, gaming, multimedia and professional needs that involve high configurations for Web surfing and running of programs.
The Platinum BH-15431 PC sports a sleek silver-black 17-inch TFT-LCD monitor, Intel Quad 2 Core 2.40 GHz processor with 8MB cache, 1066 MB cache memory with the latest Intel G-31 Chip stet which has up to 4GB support and PCI-E x16 Slot, 8 channel audio and 6 USB ports.
Additional features of the Intex Platinum BH-15431 desktop include a DVD writer, 1GB RAM and 250GB SATA hard drive.
Mr. Sanjay Kumar Business Manager, PC, spoke at the launch saying, “With the beginning of 2008, Intex wishes to make further headway into PC segment with launch of full-featured and contemporary machines. A PC is no longer an IT hardware item. It is perceived as a gadget.”
“This launch is a personification of our continuing efforts to serve our customers with products based on advanced technology so that they could avail more than a simple computing experience from their desktop and also improve productivity. We are very optimistic about its performance backed by the support of 57 service centers across the country,” he added.
The Intex Platinum BH-15431 desktop PC retails for Rs.35,900 in India.
