20th Anniversary celebrations seem to be on a roll. First it was Codemasters Online Gaming who revealed a few details about the Dirty Dancing- the Video Game, commemorating timeless classic movie Dirty Dancing’s 20th anniversary; and now it’s Kingston who has announced an innovative scheme on the occasion of the company’s 20th anniversary.

The world’s largest independent memory products manufacturer has introduced the ‘Scratch & Redeem Scheme’ in India, which guarantees cash back on every purchase of Kingston USB drives of 1GB capacity or more. The new offer will be effective across the country and can be availed from June 1-30, 2007.

Rajesh Panicker, Country Manager, Kingston Technology Company, Inc., said, “This scheme marks the beginning of our new phase of aggressive marketing programs in India. We have been recording excellent numbers for our USB drives in recent quarters, thanks in part to the excellent support from our reseller partners. We believe that this new scheme will further incentivise resellers to promote high quality Kingston USB products across newer customer segments and geographies.”

The new Kingston scheme is only for resellers, who after buying a Kingston USB of 1GB capacity or more gets a scratch card, which he can scratch and redeem the cash, ranging from Rs. 5-100, on the spot from the distributor.
