Xerox India has just launched two new laser printers- the Xerox Phaser 3428 (monochrome laser printer) and the Xerox Phaser 6110 (color laser printer). These compact laser printers, which are meant for Small and Medium businesses happen to be a part of Xerox’s flagship “Phaser” range of laser printers and are priced very affordably as well.

With a print speed of 28 ppm and first page out time of 8.5 seconds, the Xerox Phaser 3428 is a monochrome laser printer that will be particularly useful in small and mid-sized offices. The Phaser 3428 laser printer offers a resolution of 1200 dpi and supports two –sided printing.

The Xerox Phaser 3428 supports multiple connectivity options like IEEE 1284 bi-directional parallel connectivity as well as USB 2.0 connectivity. What’s more it can even be connected to the Network through NIC Ethernet. According to Xerox, the Phaser 3428 is one of the fastest desktop printers with duplex printing capability at a great price point.

The Xerox Phaser 6110 laser printer is one of the quietest low-end color laser printers and is targeted mainly at single users and small offices. This color laser printer has a speed a 4 ppm for color and 16 ppm for B/W printing. The Phaser 6110 printer offers a resolution of 2400 x 600 dpi, and can support complex document printing such as booklet printing, N-up printing and watermarks.

What’s more, the Xerox Phaser 6110 laser color printer incorporates a fan free technology that allows for almost noiseless operation. The 6110 printer supports Windows, Macintosh and various Linux operations. Again, the Phaser 6110 is equipped with manual duplex printing features that allow the user to save on paper.

The pricing of the Xerox Phaser 3428 monochrome laser printer starts at Rs.28,392, while the Phaser 6110 laser color printer has been priced at Rs.16,900.
