SiS671FX Chipset used in Fujitsu T671ME-FJ motherboard, Officially Enters Mass Production
Leading-edge core logic chipsets developer SiS has announced that the SiS671FX chipset, which is created and conceptualized to induce customers to enter into the world of Windows Vista, has been used in Fujitsu T671ME-FJ motherboard. Furthermore, this highly efficient product has entered mass production process.
The SiS671FX chipset has been certified for Window VistaTM. With an aim to match up with the features of Windows VistaTM, the SiS671FX chipset is especially developed to support all the requirements so that the system will be more secure, reliable, and easy to use. This is one of the most significant plus points of the SiS671FX chipset. It also results in Fujitsu’s adoption of the SiS671FX chipset.
To optimize the efficiency of Fujitsu T671ME-FJ, the advanced SiS671FX chipset features supporting Intel CoreT 2 Duo, Celeron D, and Pentium 4 processors. In addition, it also supports DDR2 667 memory, and high bandwidth up to 5.3GB/s. As for the graphics capability, which is the biggest concern of gamers, SiS671FX is built with the Mirage TM3 graphics engine enabling to deliver perfect 2D and 3D performances.
Besides, the SiS671FX supports one PCI Express x16 slot for customers’ easily using any add-on graphics card. The PCI Express x16 slot delivers bandwidth up to 4GB/s for each direction.
T671ME-FJ features 6-Channel Audio and 10/100/1000Mbps Gigabit Ethernet networking.
All the functions that Fujitsu T671ME-FJ carries are designed to power Windows VistaTM completely.
