Acer has just unveiled the Acer X-Series range of media-friendly high quality LCD monitors aimed at the consumer and SoHo market segments. These LCD monitors are perfect for multimedia, gaming and video applications.
The Acer X-Series has been designed with two different concepts namely the X1 Series, which has been dedicated to data or media users; and the X2 Series which has been dedicated to users who appreciate style and fancy design.
The Acer X1 Series offers a superior contrast ratio and fast response time. The Acer LCD monitors are housed in a slim and attractive aluminum alloy case.
The versatile X1 Series offers high versatility throughout the range coming with 19”, 20”, 22” and 24” wide formats plus the square-sized 17” 19” 20” 4:3 formats. Designed for SoHo and Digital Home users looking for a slim and compact display for the home or office, the X1-Series combines attractive design with solid performance: 5ms response time, 1000:1 contrast ratio and compatibility with both PC and Macintosh Operating Systems. For digital video signals, the X1-series can be optionally equipped with the digital DVI port.
The Acer X2 Series is available in a stylish design with a black glossy finish. These LCD monitors feature high performance panel technologies with enhanced graphic capabilities.
