Buffalo WiFi Adapter increases Speed and Range by 210%

Buffalo wireless LAN adapter Buffalo has launched AirStation WLI-U2-SG54HP - a wireless LAN adapter to enhance WiFi signals for the PC. The wireless adapter is developed to be used in PC’s that do not have an integrated WiFi, and also serves to be very helpful in situations where the wireless signal is poor due to disturbance.

Buffalo wireless LAN adapter attached to a laptop The WiFi adapter from Buffalo measures 220 x 25 x 10 mm, weighs 33 grams and can attach to a flat surface such as the side of computer or the lid of a laptop case, with a few suction cups.

The AirStation WLI-U2-SG54HP WiFi adapter connects to a PC via USB 2.0 and claims to improve signals up to 210% of the average WiFi adapter at distances up to 170 meters (about 1/10th of a mile). This adapter could perhaps be the answer for working with a notebook outside your home, or in a motel or conference center in places with weak WiFi signals.

So if you want to improve your WiFi reception, the Buffalo WiFi adapter seems to be the perfect solution. It is priced at around $38 USD.
