Alienware has launched the Area-51 ALX into the ALX series. Area-51 is powered by the massive Intel Core 2 Extreme processor delivering quad core processing, NVIDIA’s GeForce 8800 GTX SLI graphics, the very latest in GPU technology and highest capacity media courtesy of Blu-ray Disc Technology. In short, the Area-51 is a revolutionary desktop solution that simply knows no limits.

With four times the speed and four times the power, Alienware Area-51 delivers unparalleled performance due to four processing cores on a single die, making it possible for users to rip through application loading times and ensure multimedia loading times is a thing of days gone by.
