SoundWorks i765 iPod Dock

Cambridge SoundWorks has introduced the premier edition of its SoundWorks Radio line- the SoundWorks i765 iPod Dock. This dock offers complete audio/video entertainment with its built-in DVD, CD player and radio.

The newly introduced SoundWorks i765 iPod Dock is compatible with most of the iPod models including the new iPod nano, iPod Touch and iPod Classic.

The best part is that the the SoundWorks i765 dock can be placed anywhere and used as an entertainment system be it the bedroom, study or kitchen areas.

Moreover, its large LCD displays iPod song status, while the included wireless remote controls both iPod navigation as well as all SoundWorks i765 system functions.

You can also connect the SoundWorks i765 iPod dock to a TV with a composite or S-video input for a home theatre experience. One can also watch movies and videos from the iPod and play DVDs, besides listening to music.

The SoundWorks i765 also features dual alarms to enable wake-up to either iPod, CD or a favorite radio station. Since the SoundWorks i765 charges an iPod while the player is docked, your iPod is always ready to go when you are.

This iPod dock features Cambridge SoundWorks’ signature design- two high performance drivers combined with a built-in powered subwoofer for deep bass response at all output levels.

According to Rob Mainiero, general manager of Cambridge SoundWorks, “We drew inspiration for the SoundWorks i765 from our great-sounding Cambridge SoundWorks radios. Then we added in an integrated iPod dock and a DVD/CD player with video-out capability, creating a compact music system with all the features of a top-of-the line digital entertainment system.”

The SoundWorks Radio i765 sells for a price of $499.99 and is available at select Apple stores or from Cambridge SoundWorks’ Web site.
