GeForce 8800 GTS 512 MB Graphics Cards released in India, giving PC Gamers More Processing Power

Nvidia has introduced the latest version of the GeForce 8800GTS series in India. The new graphics card comes with 512 MB of memory, comprises of 128stream processors and is Nvidia-SLI ready and also offers support for Purevideo HD for super quality video playback.

The GeForce 8800GTS series has an entirely new graphics core, which is code named G92 and redefines the price/performance quotient for gamers.

Speaking about the new card, Ujesh Desai, general manager of GeForce desktop GPUs at Nvidia said, “If you want the best experience on the PC games coming out right now, then buying a new GPU should be top on your list of upgrades. GeForce 8800 GTS 512 is a fantastic option that we are providing gamers in time for the holiday season.” Adding, “With games such as Crysis and Hellgate: London pushing PC gaming graphics, gamers need a powerful GPU to get the best experience. GeForce 8800 GTS 512 supports DirectX 10, offers killer performance, and does it all for around $299-349.”

The other key attributes of the GeForce 8800GTS series are:
