Memorex TravelDrive Memorex has announced a new addition to its already popular line of USB flash drives. The new Memorex TravelDrive USB flash drives have a very sport utility design, much like that of a jack knife.

Memorex’s new TravelDrive USB flash drives are equipped with security software and ReadyBoost capabilities for smooth use with Windows Vista operating system.

The new TravelDrive USB flash drives come in capacities up to 8GB. The TRavelDrive series has a cutting-edge, capless design that swings out 180 degrees from the protective shell.

Each TravelDrive USB flash drive comes standard with Portable Vault USB security software from Migo Software, Inc.

The TravelDrive USB flash drives from Memorex come in many colors such as Desert Orange, Sagebrush Green, Ocean Blue, Fire Red and Silver. The device also includes a key ring for added portability, as well as a warp-around blue LED indicator so you know when your flash drive is transferring data.

According to Carla Pihowich, director of marketing, Imation Consumer Division, “Functionality meets style with the new Memorex TravelDrive. Taking a cue from what consumers say they want in their ideal flash drive, we redesigned the new TravelDrive to be a feature-rich, sporty portable storage device with great safety features - and it can actually boost your PC’s performance, too.”

The new TravelDrive USB flash drive will be available this month at a suggested retail price of $19.99 to $129.99 depending on the capacity.
