Memory products and peripherals maker Transcend has launched the all-new Multi-Card Reader M5. The compact-sized M5 offers an adapter-free multi-format comfort, with all of its slots clearly labeled in the top of the little device and also in your system’s browser next to the drive letter to avoid confusion and also save time. A software download is necessary for the same.

Compatible with most of the modern-day memory cards, the Transcend Multi-Card Reader M5 enables fast and easy transfer of various data that includes music, videos, photos or documents through its high-speed USB 2.0 interface and is capable of data transfer rates up to 480Mb/s. The data can be easily transferred to a wide range of devices including digital cameras, camcorders, mobile phones, PDAs, Smartphones and or GPS systems. Moreover, it has the M5 has the capability to directly accept newer, mini-size mobile phone memory cards such as miniSD, microSD, MMCmobile Memory Stick Duo (MS Duo) and Memory Stick Micro (M2)without having to use an adapter.
