Sennheiser e935 and e901 Mics

German pro audio company Sennheiser has introduced the e900 series of wired stage microphones. Sennheiser’s latest microphones feature powerful, transparent sound and are highly insensitive to handling noise. The microphones of the e900 Series are especially designed for professional musicians, PA rental companies and rehearsal studios and are optimized to handle an extremely wide range of electric and acoustic instruments.

The Sennheiser e900 series have excellent transient response and feedback rejection. Highly uniform polar patterns, tight manufacturing tolerances and gold-plated XLR pins are common to the entire line.

Extremely powerful and step-resistant, the half-cardioid e901 is the perfect condenser boundary microphone for kick drums. The e902 is optimized for miking kick drums, bass guitar amps and other low-frequency sources, from baritone sax to tuba. The e904 and e905 are also designed for drums. The e906 is best-suited for miking guitar amps, and is also apt for percussion and brass instruments. The e908 is available in variants optimized for percussion and brass. The e914 is an all-purpose pre-polarized condenser for demanding applications such as drum overheads, orchestras, acoustic guitar and piano.

The e900 series comes with two vocal microphones. The e935 is a cardioid vocal stage microphone for the working musician that is specially designed to perform under pressure while cutting through the mix with its high output. The e945 is a supercardioid lead vocal stage microphone specially designed to work under tough conditions while displaying a naturally smooth response.

So get ready to experience some great sound with the new Sennheiser evolution e900 series.
