Elitegroup Computer Systems Inc. (ECS) has announced the availability of its range of Nvidia GeForce FX GPUs in India. The industry’s first top-to-bottom family of PCI Express GPUs, the Nvidia GeForce FX GPUs offer high-performance gaming for enthusiasts and state-of-the-art features for conventional users.

ECS has proclaimed Mediatech India Distribution Pvt. Ltd. to be the sole authorized distributor for ECS VGA cards in the country.

According to ECS, its Nvidia GPUs are high performance graphic cards that cater to gamers and users of graphic intensive applications that require high-speed rendering of 2D or 3D images.

ECS said the introduction of its range of Nvidia GeForce FX graphic cards in India is the next big step in its ongoing market expansion plans for the country.

“India is emerging to be a very promising market segment for ECS and the launch of our new range of video graphic cards will definitely boost and strengthen our brand presence in the country,” said Adam Chou, ECS Marketing Director, Product Marketing Division.

At first, ECS will make available the Nvidia GeForce N5200-128TT, N7300LE-128TY, N6600LE-128DV and N6600LE-268DY GPUs in India. Consequently, the company will launch other Nvidia VGA cards including the N7950GT-512MX, N7900GT-512MX and N7900GS-256MX into the market.
