Four ASUS products bag the prestigious REdDot Design Award

REdDot Design Award Winning products from ASUS

ASUS, the leading global technology manufacturing organization has recently received the prestigious RedDot design award for its high quality design in four of its esteemed products.

The internationally acclaimed RedDot design awards rank the submitted products according to strict criteria including degree of innovation, functionality and the formal quality of the product. Each year an international jury reviews and evaluates the submitted products.

According to Andrew Tsui, Managing Director, ASUS India, “At ASUS, the products are manufactured to be an extension of an individual’s personality and to be an integral part of a lifestyle. The RedDot design awards are symbolic of success being achieved in that direction.”

The winning products which have received the RedDot design award are the U1 Ultra Slim Notebook, the Gaming Series G1 and G2 Notebooks, and the LS201 LCD Monitor.

  • The ASUS Ultra Slim Notebook has been made especially for professionals, and has a compact 11.1” widescreen U1 display with an exterior piano painted LCD cover. This notebook is encased in a carbon fiber alloy and even has a genuine leather bound palm rest.
  • The LS201 LCD Monitor has a slim and elegant look as it exudes a lustrous black gloss. It also has fine hair-lined aluminum details on the base. This monitor can be wall-mounted as well.
  • The Gaming Series G1 and G2 Notebooks are based on the latest Intel Centrino Duo Mobile technology with advanced graphic solutions. These two notebooks, tailor made especially for gamers offers true-to-life video and audio performance and a great gaming experience.
