Moser Baer ties up with F1 for After Sales Services of its Products
Moser Baer, a manufacturer of removable data storage media has now announced its foray into the IT peripheral sector. To ensure prompt after sales service, Moser Baer has tied up with F1 support and services.
F1 is the post sales service and customer support initiative promoted by neoteric, one of leading distributors of technology products and solutions in India.
Under this tie-up, Moser Baer will leverage F1’s existing reach of 30 service centers and 14 of its associate service partners across India.
Mr. Sudip De, Asst. General Manager, Domestic Marketing, Moser Baer announced the tie-up with F1 by saying, “Moser Baer is synonymous with quality and it has been our endeavor to make our products easy to use and service. With this tie-up, we will have access to the strong after sales service network of F1 which will help us strengthen our presence.”
